Laura Hill joins Waypoint

We are pleased to welcome Laura Hill to the Waypoint Digital Marketing team.

Having worked in various roles within marketing strategy over the course of 12 years, Laura brings a new and unique perspective to Waypoint.

Her career began at leading market research agency GfK NOP where she worked for predominantly large technology clients such as; BT, HP and Cisco Systems. She subsequently worked at Lloyds TSB in Group Marketing, running their Brand and Advertising tracking programme as well as optimising the ‘For the Journey’ ad campaign.

After Lloyds, Laura was able to indulge her love of chocolate by working for Cadbury. She spent 4 years in the marketing team as Consumer Insight Manager developing, amongst other things, on and off-line marketing strategies for key brands such as Cadbury Dairy Milk and Green & Black’s, as well as being a key member of the Cadbury’s Olympic sponsorship team.

Laura left Cadbury in 2013 and moved to Winchester. She is married to Antony and has two young sons.
