Adam Richards
Managing Director

Adam is an experienced marketing professional with a passion for developing integrated brand strategies that can be clearly and coherently communicated through digital and traditional channels.

His marketing career began in 1993 at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals on its International Sales and Marketing program. In 2003 he became marketing director of Whitegrove. The business was successfully sold with Adam becoming group marketing director, re-branding seven companies to OfficeTeam. In 2010 he moved to the British Virgin Islands where he developed and executed digital marketing strategies for businesses whilst also gaining digital marketing accreditation through the London School of Marketing. Waypoint was founded on his return in 2012.

Adam is married to Tina, has two children and lives close to Winchester.

Louse Wilson
Account Director

Louise has over 20 years’ experience in marketing and is focused on delivering growth for clients, starting with a clear strategy and vision through to communications that will deliver results.

Her career started at WWAV Rapp Collins (Rapp) where she worked on many leading brands including British Gas, Volvo, WWF, Great Ormond Street Hospital and Nectar. During that time, Louise headed up teams responsible for increasing clients market share through both customer acquisition and retention programmes. Having worked across all channels in the marketing mix from TV to digital, Louise understands how to effectively reach audiences in the most engaging way.

Kieran Pearce
Head of Digital

Kieran is an experienced digital marketer with over 12 years experience creating and running digital strategies for all sized businesses. He has worked with some of the world’s most recognised brands such as L’Oreal Paris, Cadbury’s, Lipton Iced Tea, BMW, Ford and Discovery Healthcare.

He began his career as a social media manager at a tech firm that built innovative solutions for big brands and slowly worked his way up to running the digital department. From there he founded his own social media agency with a focus on working with and growing smaller to medium sized businesses, showing them how to be successful in digital marketing.

Hayley Coello
Social Media and Account Executive

Hayley is an expert at helping businesses of all sizes reach new audiences through platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin and X.

In 2005 she was awarded a BA (Hons) degree in Public Relations from Bournemouth University.

After leaving University, Hayley worked in political and community consultation, firstly for Nex Communications alongside a number of high profile clients such as Waitrose, McCarthy and Stone and Barratt Homes.

Kim Lampard

Kim is an experienced copywriter who writes articles for sectors as diverse as education, manufacturing and technology. She helps businesses communicate effectively with their target market, building trust and demonstrating their expertise.

Following an early career as a lawyer, Kim ran her own
business and retrained in marketing. She enjoys the challenge of writing content for websites and print media, embracing the evolution of AI tools to support authentic brand communications that resonate with their audience.
