Our personal telemarketing approach to getting a foot in the door
2020 has been a tough year for brewers, with the hospitality sector bearing the brunt of many of the COVID measures.
With many traditional sales channels closed or limited, our newest client wanted to sell their seasonal product through garden centres and farm shops.
The important thing for our client, Itchen Valley Brewery, was for us to be able to respond and gain traction quickly. Approaching it relatively late in the day meant that the Christmas shopping window was shorter than normal.
Our brief was to call prospects, provide background on the product and secure an appointment for the brewery to follow-up. We started the campaign with a provisional target list of 50 prospects leading the call on the seasonal beer Itchen M’Baubles!
