Waypoint recently launched Genesis Group UK’s new website www.genesisgroupuk.co.uk with responsive web design.
The main objective with the new site was to communicate the Genesis USP – namely that they offer highly personalised customer service combined with the might of Canon behind them.
Consequently we moved away from stock photography and took shots of the team both in the office and interacting with customers. Customer testimonials are another key feature of the site with the aim to communicate third party endorsement and reinforce the approachable nature of the team and their focus on personalised customer service.
Existing Genesis customer use the website to book service calls and order computer cartridges and therefore we built a new Service Centre where they could get quick access to these important services plus additional resources such as driver downloads, T&Cs and contact details – all in one place.
From a digital perspective the site needed to be built to generate more enquiries through search. Therefore it is content rich to help with SEO and has been built with the mobile user in mind with a responsive web design adapting for the smaller screens of the tablet and phone.
The design gives a clean, fresh look and feel with visitors left in no doubt as to the Genesis proposition. The next step is to focus on generating leads through a program of email and social media marketing which will begin in earnest in the New Year.
