The last month has seen us very busy, supporting our new client PT500 Southampton with their social media and marketing activity.
PT500 Southampton is a personal training gym in Hedge End, Southampton which has been operating since August 2017. They provide a mix of small group fitness classes, personal 1:1 training including nutrition advice to its members.
PT500 Southampton contacted the Waypoint team, as they needed help with their social media, which had become to much work for the team, who needed to focus their time on running the gym. Their current website had also become very outdated and missing a lot of the relevant information needed to attract new members.
The Waypoint team sprang into action, creating core messages and a social media calendar of posts to get the core messages across to followers. The Facebook and Instagram page has been very successful for PT500 Southampton for gaining new members and so it was crucial that this momentum was built upon with regular, engaging content to attract new followers.
The current website was built on Wix and is currently being refreshed so that the website is easier to navigate and looks modern. As discussed in a previous blog the number one rule to a good website, is that it shouldn’t make your visitors think. You have milliseconds to grab the attention of visitors and if the right information isn’t immediately obvious or the user can’t find their way around, they won’t stay on your website. The new PT500 website is being designed to ensure this and we will be sharing once live – watch this space!
