Surveyors to Education (S2e) are a specialist academy premises planning and funding consultancy that provides a broad range of property project management and advisory services to the Academy and Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) sector.
Last year we were instructed by S2e to develop a new strategy for their business with a clear vision and positioning. Components of the strategy included a refreshed website, logo, marketing material, and lead generation campaigns, clearly articulating the services they provide.
A key part of the strategy was to emphasise that S2e was not just a bid-writing company, but a specialist in academy premises planning and funding. To communicate this a rebrand was required, starting with a new logo. This was centred around an arrow, depicting the partnership that S2e creates with academies and how they work together, moving projects forward. The tagline of the business was changed to include the word academy to make it completely clear that this was their area of specialisation.
The website was refreshed on a low budget, making it modern and mobile responsive, with the services laid out in a clear and coherent layout. The old website was confusing and not effectively communicating their services.
Marketing material including a tri-fold leaflet and banner stand were created to mirror the website and reiterate the business message and services in a clear manner. These will be taken to the Academies Show on 26 April 2017 at the ExCel arena.
